What we're looking for

What The Denmark is seeking talented, curious people interested in communicating stories about Danish culture. You'll be working as part of a team to create a high quality podcast explaining things that seem peculiar about Denmark. This is a great opportunity to develop media production skills and be part of building an exciting national brand.

Responsibilities

The initial plan is that you will have an integral role in the production of podcast episodes

• Synthesis: you can weave together the different threads of recordings into a well-formed final episode including writing sections for the host to record
• Creativity: coming up with creative ways to make the final episode "wow factor" in conjunction with the audio editor
• Direction: working with e.g. the video editor to create a summary videos of the episode topics

<aside> ☝ You do not need knowledge of working with a digital audio workstation (DAW) to do this role, but instead your skills are on identifying audio clips and writing transitions for the host to record. For more on what it means to produce episodes, see here.

You’ll have responsibility for managing your parts of the process as well as having the full support of the rest of the team to guide, teach and mentor you.
